If it's been more than 60 days since your purchase, don't worry. While we can't provide a full refund at this point, we're happy to offer store credit equivalent to the value of your items.
Not a fan of the scent you chose? It's all good! We offer free exchanges for a different scent or variant. Plus, we're more than happy to assist you in finding the perfect fragrance for you. Just email our support team at email@example.com to initiate the exchange process.
If you want to swap your product for another, we got you covered. You can swap any product for free, and you'll only need to pay if there's a difference in price between the two products.
